A great eleven day autumn camping trip through the Rockies in 2009. Fine weather and tremendous mountain scenery made for a great trip.

Our Alaskan holiday in 2009 included dog sledding, bear watching, flying over Glacier Bay, riding the White Pass railway and seeing glaciers in Tracy Arm carving into the sea. Check out the photos of a great trip.

We spent two and a half weeks in Austria during August - September 2003 and did two climbing trips. The first trip started in the village of Vent. A delightful little town set between the steep sides of the valley. Vent is in southwest Austria near the Italian border.

The second climbing trip started from the town of Neukirchen and involved climbing the Großvenediger peaks of the Hohe Tauern National. Park

We did a three day trek through Northern Thailand including elephant riding and rafting on a flooded river. We visited a number of hill tribe villages meeting people from four different tribes - 1999.

The Urak Lawoi people of Phuket Island make their living from the sea. We visited two villages, one at Rawai Beach and the other at Ko'Siray beach.
